Does humana meet inflation rates with salary raises or AIP?

No, and it never has. That’s not Humana’s philosophy when it comes to salary increases and AIP. Read the documents in the Associate Support Center on AIP and salary increases. They do a good job of laying out AIP and salary increases work.

In my experience, yes, to an extent. Last year and the year before, I received raises that were based on the pay the role should pay based on where I live (in addition to the performance increase and AIP). I am not an exec or a leader - just a regular associate.

With Medicare enrollment down, pray if you are lucky to have a job. Humana is a top pleasing company, people who work hard are the first to kicked out.
