After March 29 if share falls it has nothing to do with market conditions.

Currently executive are sitting on shares which will available for sell after six months of IPO.

They have to pay tax as they are considered as salary. If they have bank balance they will deposit money to pay tax otherwise they need to choose option like selling share to pay tax.

There will heavy supply of share beyond demand pulling share to fall.

See all recent IPO lockup expiration how much they fall due to lockup expiration.

I personally expect it will fall below 25

if it drops to $20 then the larger market/economy is also dropping/in trouble. Good time to buy any blue chip tech stocks too.

March 29 is lockup expiration date. Stock will drop to below 20 during April/May mostly.
