we are given $$ to allocate for AIP .. and looks likes its going to be a raise of 3% across all levels except if ur pay is in Tier 3 .. sorry nothing for u guys at Tier 3
I'm doing the job of 3 people while getting a measly 12%, MAYBE, but thanks, I guess?

I don't think anyone needs to be grateful for getting what's deserved and overdue (speaking as someone who's been at GF Malta for 10 years). Give us our money and we'll keep doing our jobs -- plain and simple. I think most people relate and understand the cynicism coming from others.

When the farmer gets an excellent market price per pound for turkeys, he may throw the turkeys some extra corn. Does this mean the turkey and the farmer are being compensated for their sacrifice 🤔

I still haven't gotten my rating or review for 2021. Anyone else?
Confirmed from HR directly today... Whatever your total percentage was will be paid quarterly now.
