This will sound a little bit ugly, but we need to stop acting like our C-suite leaders should care about us, you know, the people who keep their satin pant pockets lined. Do not ask or expect them to care about you. They aren't family. Think about it...would you invite them over for dinner? Heck no. They are abhorrent. Every time you see an email with the word "Family" in the header, remember, they are being cheeky. They want you to quit, to retire, to fade away. They have a plan and most of us are not part of it.
Anyone who thinks that Fiserv actually cares about them should be lobotomized for stupidity and sterilized just in case. So many senior people I know are leaving because of the total collapse of leadership and and lack of truth or transparency from the top.
What a shame...
Frank does a worse job than other CEOs at hiding his priorities. I’ve never worked at a company whose CEO didn’t care about money first, second and third.
That is also a legacy. Just not one a person would want.
Frank cares about Frank. The sad part is, he actually believes he is building a legacy. In reality, he is a tornado of destruction violently wrecking the organization from the inside out.
The mighty $ rules here.
