NA Lack of Experience and Leadership

Will we ever get leaders with the right experience and strong leaders? MW leaning in for a first mile capability leader is frustrating. She’s disorganized and has zero idea of what she’s doing.

What happened to trade and transportation in NA? GT is a panicky disaster. KS just wines and complains that she can’t do her job. MS is an incompetent bully and we all know none of the leaders wanted her there. Is JD high all the time?

Ummm. Leadership and experience left the building. Over the last 5 years NIKE has been hemorrhaging talent either voluntarily or nudged out on “retirement” or restructuring which was code for ageism for the purpose of “unblocking “ cherry roles, getting fresh talent and lowering wage base. How’s that working?!

Agree that MPO could leave and the only thing people would notice is lack of spin.

I’ve seen the lack of understanding and leadership on this team decline rapidly with these leaders as well. Good people will continue to leave

You're probably the same person that have posted similar complaints/opinions in the past on this subject (if not, then I'm sure it's a "coincidence"). If you're so miserable, just quit...take your "superb skills" elsewhere. Your glass can either be half full or half empty. Yours is definitely half empty. We all have options in life, but your negativity and phishing/baiting others to steamroll five people is exhausting and adds zero value. It would be interesting to know your initials...maybe the 5 you so strongly directly or indirectly insulted have thoughts on your performance.
