I haven't been here long, and I won't stay here long. It is a same that an employee cannot reach his or her full potential here. It seems to me that the value system here is totally disrupted so the talented and the best people are seen as an expense. I don't believe it's always been that way?

He wasn't collecting a huge salary. He collected $0. Huge bonuses on the other hand...
It hasn't always been this way. Frank came in and destroyed the place. Frank's bean counter will sort the salary spreadsheet in descending order by salary and they force-retire or find other creative ways to eliminate the people at the top. Keep in mind that this was going on while Frank suspended the 401K match, was collecting a huge salary, and was contributing to political parties. Shame on you, Frank.
