Someone mentioned that there are 26,000 associates in the US. What percentage of these actually resigned in 2021?

Q: How many US associates have actually resigned in 2021?
A: A 10-15% headcount reduction since mid 2021, including non-voluntary separations
and as the Johnny Carson bumpers used to say, More To Come!

You don't get it do you?
If Fiserv wanted outages to be resolved in a timely manner, then they would properly staff the teams. The teams are not properly staffed, therefore you can conclude that Fiserv does not want outages resolved in a timely manner. It is not your place to question Senior Leadership. Therefore you should "lean-in" and resolve outages slower than your normally would.
You need to get onboard the Frank Train. Satisfied clients are not even a consideration. Choo Choo!
What has been the impact of all these resignations on your work/life experience? Surely it must be having a negative impact on the amount of work being accomplished and your ability to quickly manage and address outages.
I resigned from Fiserv in late 2020 after observing the impact of the merger of Fiserv with First Data. I have worked in IT for many years and previously experienced the difficulties that mergers and outsourcing have had on organizations, families and people. The so called acquisition of First Data by Fiserv turned out to be a total fraud. In reality Fiserv management was totally replaced by First Data personnel. I found the new Fiserv culture to be unacceptable and did the hard work to move on. I encourage everyone to do the best for their careers and family.
5% of my division was part of the 12/31 cut. That is on top of the 20-30% that have left and were not replaced.
You can get the exact numbers by looking at SEC filings. https://newsroom.fiserv.com/financial-information/sec-filings
Not sure when the numbers you are looking for will be posted.
I'm so thrilled to be leaving in early Q1. Find the word exhilarating in the dictionary, and there are photos of everyone who has exited so far!
Account Processing MTO list is 1/3 of the managers and associates in the business unit. A few astronauts and relocating. Most are leaving. All are upset.
I work in the Cyber org. Some left already and more looking to jump early in the New Year. It looks like major rehire will have to be done to build the org back.
50% in debit implementations, with more to come and no new hires to start training and replace those that have left yet. Not that it matters because engineering doesn't have routers and FOS can't keep up with demand. Not a good start for new clients coming to Fiserv and it's only going to get worse.
Most of my team was forced out due to Frank's poorly thought out policies. It doesn't help that my manager is totally Frank-obsessed and mindlessly defends everything he does. In his mind, "toe the company line" means "never question anything even if you have a legitimate concern".
Many from iCTO myself included. Many others looking. About a quarter so far a half early 2022.
1/3 of my org
I'm in the tech side. At least 30% have left or are leaving soon.
In my immediate department, not sales, not technical, and so far not impacted by RTO zero out of 30. I believe we are an outlier because of the scenario mentioned above. That said, I know of several that are looking outside of the company.
