I’m about to leave this embarrassment of a company along with many of you. How do you get over the fact that this is what they want and they win when you do? Honesty asking, it’s a struggle for me.

Agree the managers are checked out and all the higher up are leaving we literally have four of us leaving next week so there going to be screwed but it’s the company’s fault. Commission after taxes 400 dollars the company has to be losing so much money the amount of brooming. They wonder why T-Mobile is doing better with new lines because they pay better .
I agree, it is entertaining to look at the board after you leave. See the same issues not being addressed or resolved. I also watch the telecom boards since I actively trade telecom stocks. Don't own a single share of VZ and would not recommend it to anyone until a change in leadershp is addressed.
@owp It’s nice to come back and see the dismay first hand on these boards. Once you leave you will look back, just to confirm you made the right decision. Verizon was great for a few years. “Leadership” has taken away all that was good and left you here…trying to talk down to ppl who did leave. Why are you on this board? Bc you know this job is dead.
I left Verizon back in 2018 for the same exact reasons. I went into a store by my house and said they were telling me how it is now... he-l to the NOOOOO you deserve better
Most people who said they “left” never did. If you left, why tf are you on an anonymous page wasting your time rehashing your “awful time at Verizon”. If I was to leave Verizon, my a-s would never look back.
I left last month. Best decision ever, this is the titantic and only the rats are left on board. Poor leadership, Poor customer service, and a network that is no longer perceived by the consumer to have any advantage. Plenty of other opportunities available. Give them what they want so they can replace you with a lower paid, lower quality employee. It is not gong to get any better any time soon if you stay.
