Enjoy the 'campus'.
I'm not moving to a different state just to sit in traffic, in order to sit in one of its spaces. Especially when I've successfully been doing my job from home for the past couple years.

Doesn’t matter if it’s a campus. The part you’ll be familiar with is the office in a ridiculously small open work table. Enjoy!

It’s a campus, not just an office

I love when OFD trolls try to get people going and riled up. I smile and that god I am out of the BS sinking ship of a company. Tools for leaders and client disbanding.

The majority of employees support the New Jersey location

Frank, you ought to be ashamed. There is a video of you saying "this was an employee-driven decision," referring to the office shutdowns and forced NJ moves. You're a liar and a thief and should be removed from office at once.

I would not move across town for Fiserv, let alone across the country. If you are settled into your current locale, I would want to stay there and find a way to make it work.

So Frank is engaging at dinner. He should be at his leadership level and Fiserv's prominence in the industry. This doesn't mean that his employees respect him as a leader.

Me too, I got excited about the attention I was receiving but the feedback here has changed my mind

I am grateful for this website -- it literally saved me from making a huge mistake. I was almost considering uprooting my family and moving to NJ but then thought twice about it and have since decided to find a new career at a local company. Best of luck to all who decide to move.

To the person thinking about giving it a try. If I was single with no kids still in my 20's and enjoying the work I was doing I might consider it. Here are the issues though:

  • Fiserv gives at most 2% raise pool - on average you will get 2% unless your a star team member on a large team of average employees.
  • Fight for a good bonus OFD gave out bonuses to most employee, OFS did not.
  • You have to push your manager for a promotion, don't expect one to come your way.
  • Don't waist more than 5 years at Fiserv, use them to learn and then move on.

I really wanted to try it honestly, but you are giving me pause. I appreciate your response

As someone who lived in that area, you are out of touch with reality. 1. A dollar from your paycheck won’t go far. 2. Traffic is horrific, so public transportation is you’re only option. 3. Rent and property tax are sky high. 4. Due to winter weather, you may lose your job if your late too many times unless you leave 2+ hours before your start time. 5. You’ve been duped and you aren’t safe from the next round of cuts. 6. Frank doesn’t care about you, your family, or your state of mental health

Perhaps it is a nice place, but how much is a house in BH? Not 90 minutes away, but all nice and cozy right there?

He was wonderful at dinner. It’s a good move to NJ

Don't get too comfy kiddo. Frank will run out of dough soon and end up having to sacrifice NJ employees at some point. He will run here and try to blame OFS and Jeff for his own incompetence, which speaks to the immaturity of his own character.
