Our motto for the last 20 years….
No one works, no one gets hurt.
No one move, no one gets hurt.
We’ve left our overly conservative culture treat a coffee spill or hand rail violation the same as a major industrial accident or oil spill.
One of the leading reasons we aren’t competitive.
"We hope nobody gets hurt because we hate lawsuits." -- the real meaning behind the message
Just do what we say, and nobody gets hurt. Actively caring via intimidation.
HOLD THE HANDRAILS!

The quote was pretty funny as a SHE policy when it first came out - in the naughts.
Funny because the main context for the quote was the Hollywood bank robbery quote: "Everybody stand back, be still and quiet - and Nobody gets hurt."
From Jimmy Cagney to Dog Day Afternoon.
Everybody knew the context. And it was kinda funny.
But it's really not funny.
It's just true.
We're a bunch of nobodies.
Though, apparently, it has no effect on the stock price.
Yep! Spent way too much money on it. It is time to reward DW for his outstanding work!
“Nobody” gets hurt.
That is to say, if you’re a nobody in the eyes of management, you’re gonna get hurt.
I still have an XOM shirt that says "No One Gets Hurt". Not sure if that was a goof up by the AA or some PC XOM stuff.
