Either it's Covid's fault, or it's reps' fault, or yet someone else's. Basically, managers are never to blame. These people just never admit that something is their fault. I have never noticed such aversion to accepting responsibility like we have in this company. Have you?

It’s more of a ton echelon thing. Yeah good managers who are real help you get through the tough times but it sucks for them too. No one is happy in retail at least. Some just fake it to keep the money flowing. The more there is to lose the more apt to fake it. That’s why upper management feels two faced and worthless.
Our SMs and GM are awesome. They are very supportive and are down to earth. They realize the struggles we all go through and agree with all of us. We all make the best of the situation with hopes of it changing for the better in 2022.
My Sup is cool. Plays fair and is real.
No my manager is pretty solid and have had a pretty good batch in 10 years. Always a bad leader here and there. Thats life. Sorry for your luck.
