Tis the season to get those bogus and fake holiday greetings and thanks. Only time of the year that we ever hear from these people and Im supposed to believe that they care that my family and I have a happy holiday. BS. Show it to me with more than an embarrassing 1% raise. Inflation is rising rapidly and avg raise across US is expected to be 4.5. Dont insult us.

There is a big advantage to getting fired over quitting! If you have a case against Mondelez (and I guarantee most of you, you probably do!), if you can ride it out and get fired, you will benefit.
Discrimination, retaliation, harassment are rampant at Mondelez. Push back...

30 years probably puts you in a range you could seek help for age discrimination. Hard to imagine why people allow this behavior without pushing back? Make it way too easy for them!
I track objectives (for the team), making sure any growth is in line with my teammates as well as follows the company policy. Business Integrity hotline is on my speed dial. My job is NOT making money for Dirk, rather setting up myself. This new focus alone makes going to work fun again! Nothing like seeing my DM sweat. Even had a few visits from the RDR, which was a big surprise (they were about to po-p their pants too). Safety in numbers? Not in this company....bring the army, I ain't afraid!

I have been forced out by my DM. Unrealistic productivity Goals. Labor cut short, Unrealistic sales goals. Constantly on my back. After 30 years I finally Retired. My DM bullying, even on my last day.
Best gift I gave myself....ever! Got a new job and paycheck within 2 weeks.
