There was a time not too long ago, where bosses showed respect, were genuinely on the side of the employees. You didn’t work “for” these bosses you worked “with” them. Corporate America has forgotten what it was like to care. What it was like to have a team that would do anything for their bosses because their bosses would do anything for them. It was a two way street and everyone was happy and money was flowing. Then… ..greed took over. The CEO’s went too far and so did their salaries. Sadly, the worker got the shaft. It’s not too late. People can be decent and real with their staff. Stop the lying and the plastic BS. That would be a start. Employees see right through a fake manager and that is a big reason people are leaving corporate life especially at Allstate. The managers at Allstate are not authentic. Employees don’t want this cr-p anymore. They’re finding true teams to work “with” Allstate is not it.
