Corporate Burn Out ?

American Workers Are Burned Out, and Bosses Are Struggling to Respond
Workplace stress is rampant and resignations have risen; employers are trying four-day workweeks, mandatory vacation days and other new ways of working
In the first 10 months of this year, America’s workers handed in nearly 39 million resignations, the highest number since tracking began in 2000.

Some want better jobs. Others, a better work-life balance. Still others want a complete break from the corporate grind. Almost two years into the pandemic that left millions doing their jobs from home, many Americans are rethinking their relationship with work.
This trend will continue as long as the corporate mindset for greed and profit over fair and honest working conditions prevails.
Time for the American workforce to stand up and fight for worker rights.
Boycott corporations that chose to move offshore for lower wages and benefits.

Quit caring, do the bare minimum, take these suckers' money, and laugh about it. You will feel so much better and less stressed. These vile beings don't care one bit about us so why care about them? They claim to have a "culture" but they do nothing themselves to live into it. Sc--w them.

The India push is only going to work for so long and thus far only in certain states. Once customers realize this is happening they will leave in droves (As if they weren’t leaving in droves already). That said, the garbage we are hiring now is no better. I manage a team of virtual property adjusters and literally had to train 5, yes 5 of them, how to calculate square feet! Not sure how they passed licensing!

States make a lot of money from insurance companies. With as many adjuster and P&C licenses that are being issued to our Pune friends that are "extensions of our U.S. departments" the stated are making bank and don't care. Most state DOIs are as crooked and money hungry as Allstate so I wouldn't expect fines or any repercussions. Anyone who doesn't think they can license overseas for P&C or adjusting based on loopholes obviously have no clue how the game works. They are doing this and have been doing this. Patel just has to pass the same test we here in the states do and be on a U.S. linked org chart.

There was a time not too long ago, where bosses showed respect, were genuinely on the side of the employees. You didn’t work “for” these bosses you worked “with” them. Corporate America has forgotten what it was like to care. What it was like to have a team that would do anything for their bosses because their bosses would do anything for them. It was a two way street and everyone was happy and money was flowing. Then …..greed took over. CEO’s went too far and so did their salaries. Sadly, the worker got the shaft. It’s not too late. People can be decent and real with their staff. Stop the lying and the plastic BS. That would be a start. Employees see right through a fake manager and that is a big reason people are leaving corporate life especially at Allstate. The managers at Allstate are not authentic. Employees don’t want this cr-p anymore. They’re finding true teams to work “with” Allstate is not it.

Cheap fossil Allstate is doing some shady licensing tricks to get our Pune India employees working in/on claims in states where US/State licensing is required. I hope they get fined. (I work in licensing and have seen this push first hand).
