Unreal, how unreal! Not all departments were impacted, so maybe your assumption is a bit off…. And, even if the poster was in an impacted department, their decision to leave may not have saved anyone else….
You could have saved someone else job, if you would have left during the opt out.
Door and Later are two good reasons to leave and the third reason is you are sick of doing their work. Change is helps you grow. Good luck

I understand what you are feeling and it is not an easy decision to leave. You started at Humana with high hopes and realize it is an inauthentic company that makes promises and does not deliver. I know you will find the right place for you!
