I am a bit skeptical when it comes to stories that idealize the situation in other companies - "Nothing is right at Fiserv, everything is wonderful in other companies". I have heard many such stories.
However, is that really so? Those who got higher pay in other companies, how much more work do they have to do?
This is rarely talked about, but I know someone who got a much better paid job, but also much, much more work, so now he is considering leaving that job as well.

Better pay, better benefits, work pace is just about right.
Agreed with the others. Far better pay and bonus with a similar amount of work and far better management.
For me, better pay, better benefits, less or equal work, depending on the deadlines. True - every company has difference challenges for your role, but overall, other companies are moving forward, not stagnant or backward like Fiserv. They have created so much turmoil, no project could really move forward.
I will have to agree with previous posts. 10% increase in base salary, 50% increase in bonus plan, fully paid medical, stock options and full-time work from home.
Better pay. Better hours. Better working environment. Better benefits. Better management communications. Better management support. Better management style. I only miss my team mates, nothing else. So yes, things are better away from Fiserv.
For me, better pay, less work. Fiserv consistently understaffed our department which led to crushing workload most of the time.
