How is it fair that I have the most new lines in store, ARD at $126, pull through at 31%, and protection at 78%, am making the same commission as someone with least new lines, ARD st $43, pull through 11% and protection at 26%? This structure tells me there is no reason to work hard. I am not paid fairly for my efforts and sales ability. I'm over it. Next month I can guarantee my numbers are not as good as this month. What's the point???

Got to keep your bars up just broom and do two upgrades a day you will get 5 bars it’s a joke now
Pay off your debt and get you cost of living (rent, bills ect..) down low as possible then just coast and stop working so hard... Just blend in
*All of my monthly bills total $1,395 a month and I have ZERO debt
Paycheck#1 goes to bills
Paycheck#2 goes to savings
Commission goes to saving/investing and having fun
Once you reduce what you need to live life becomes easy af
they need to just get rid of commissions altogether and go to hourly
Company is doing fine. Waiting for all the legacy retail individual commission people to leave the company and stop crying.
The company will increase their bottom line by paying reps according to their sales efforts. It's not rocket science. One is relevant to the other. The better pay for a rep that produces more sales for you will make you exponentially more money. Think of the reoccurring bill payments every month for every new account we set up.
Yes its retail. Worked multiple RETAIL SALES jobs with these types of KPIS and at many. I was only 16,17 and 18 years old too. My peers as well. We crushed them as teenagers and didn't bi--h. You work in retail, in between Walmart and Target quality. Nothing more. Not important to the company. Goes on with out you.
This is clearly not a retail job. With so many metrics and goals to hit it is a sales job and requires sales compensation. Individual commission not team commission to motivate. Not retail pay as if we are someone from target.
Not sure why youre working so hard?
Yes, Verizon the 125+ billion telecom is socialism because they pay retail wages for a retail job.
That's called capitalism and you are the rube.
If you don't like the place leave. Plenty of places hiring at more money. Prime example of lazy people complain and just keep complaining. Easier than changing your life. As-----s.
Welcome to Verlieson!
Because duck you that's why.

Start looking at TMO, you'll make 3-5x the commission compared to Verizon.
Yeah welcome to the party it took you 2 years to figure this out? as another person said no idea why anybody with more than one quarter of a brain would still be working here, especially if you're new T-Mobile has a higher base hourly and still pays individual commission, and no RIS b*.
Its so funny. I have a great time chatting with customers and ringing out what items they request. Its so casual and low effort. No stress!
Explain to me why you still work here and not at T Mobile?
