I was hoping to get an offer and get out of here by the end of this year, but unfortunately that will not happen. I have to be patient for a while longer. I would like someone to tell me that next year at Fiserv will not be worse than this one? Everything says it will.

Keep your head up! There are jobs out there and you'll land somewhere that's a good fit in due time.
If one door closes, then it wasn't your door. You will have another. Stay confident and persistent in your search. And no, he-l no, 2022 isn't going to be a magical reversal of fortune year for most Fiserv employees.
When you least expect it....a miracle happens...and a job comes through. Enjoy the holidays and forget the work garbage to refresh. Fiserv is/will always be a dead end.
