Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Management turning a blind eye to the problems

Fisserv has so many issues that we could go on about them for days. Those whose job it is to address these issues seem to be doing nothing at all. I don't think that they are powerless about it. Of course it is in their power to fix, if not all, than certainly a lot of the mess in this company.

However, for some reason they pretend not to notice the problems?
It's as if it's someone else's problem.

If only the company cared about burnout and trying to improve their associates lives.

The reports are backwards looking. We are forward looking. We can see the problems coming but no one will take an action until they are on the reports and by that time they will have already happened.

Data driven management. Mapping a forest by driving into every tree.

Your problems with decisions on the vaccine or decisions to have a company where people actually work together for our clients are not 43,500 other peoples problems.
