My manager only promote those that participate his lame jokes / conversations in the tram group chat in symphony. I am the more doing / less trash talking that kinda guy and I am still not getting promoted, yet, doing associates works....Looking for another job currently

Not me. I got a bad review this year. This is the third consecutive year that I got a bad review. I changed teams late last year. I don't know what's going on. I work my bu-t off and some.

Did you notice your 2022 benefits selection had your new salary there for calculating term life insurance benefits? I know someone who got a 25% pay increase, verified when they asked their manager why their pay was so much higher.
