Fiserv employees entering 2022 should simply leave. I departed 2 years ago and far happier now. So many here post longingly looking at walking out the door --- do so! Your life will improve and let First Data put their name up on the building. JY and FB have made their private fortune - forget them. Walk out.

Manager told me there was a schedule I could not keep up with. I asked to see the schedule and speak with the people who made the schedule. I said the schedule seems artificial, not required, may interfere with quality and so on. They had monitoring software that showed we we working less hours than we actually were. Part of QA work is thinking of ways to locate an error and not randomly pressing keys. It also requires talking with developers and collecting requirements which were not included in the tally of the watchdog software. I'm glad I spoke up professionally without raising my voice. They keep people who have low confidence and are willing to put in 14 hour days and charge for 8 to keep up. Get out!!
