@9gka, good with that if it happens.
No profit sharing, but we will get a bonus. Layoff will continue in secret. FY23 is make or break for RL and his band of merry men.
- No raises- because . Supply chain issues, etc.
- A continuation of no profit sharing in the 401ks. They are striving for a new normal apparently.
- 60% or less bonuses. Kind of how it went when we played Parker's billions. The reasoning gets awfully thin in the light of record revenue/profits.
- Exec band+ will still get RSUs/options, ranging from 50k/year to millions in grants. That's every DIrector, Principal or Expert and higher.
- Maybe this will be the year they do away with the sabbatical. Sorry, not sorry for jynxing those who have not received theirs yet.
They are not done trimming from the rank and file yet. They will leverage anything as an excuse to gradually whittle your compensation away. It is horrifying how readily the masses accept these excuses and justifications.
Mediocre products offset by layoffs as the stock price breaks records and execs get millions in bonuses.
There will be high fives on Wall Street, and No PSP, or profit share in Beaverton.
@1xwh, you should have waited if you were not pressed. The stock price will hit an all-time again in 2022; I am thinking over $190. Cheers 🍻
