Such a strange feeling these days - I feel invisible as my leader and colleagues no longer respond to me, and my work has been taken over by others who are taking all the credit. As the CEO continues to talk about “belonging” and senior leaders talk about this great, inclusive culture all the time, it just feels so surreal. Disappointing for sure. They don’t seem to care about associates at all, despite what they constantly promote.

So true! Whatever you find it's going to be better than this. Can't remember why i thought this was a good job when i started. All smoke and mirrors

Take care of you, get out and move on as quickly as you are able. The 'Koolaid' lie of how great they are and so caring...is all BS....it os all about the mighty $.
Personally, I hope all of (non)Human(a) eventually closes, folds...and the company 'dies' its own death.... the company has stolen too many hearts & souls already.
Yes, you are invisible! I opted out and just left my position on 12/10. Basically there was no communication from leadership whatsoever during my last few weeks. I just faded away. It was truly the weirdest professional experience of my life. Opting out was the best decision I could have made for my piece of mind and my personal integrity.
