For a while I refused to accept how much everything here got downgraded. I used to be proud to work here. Now I work with a bunch of mediocre people who act like they’re in high school (of course there are exceptions). A manager who knows how to manage by fear only could not get a job here before. I apologize for this post sounding so bitter but sometimes I am simply nostalgic.

I have to agree....after 2 decades I have come to miss the days when I THOUGHT it was bad. Now I long for those days! All I can say is.... what the h!@#$ happened... how truly sad

Or maybe employees realized that it’s not worth it to go “above and beyond” in this firm so they take care of their own wellbeing instead of the gain for the firm. I mean words get around, you laying off people that put their work first or not treating people with good talent right so what do you expect ?

I’m the past year this place has become a shell of itself. Hyderbad is a absolute joke. Why has the work transitioned fo them when they can’t do there jobs. The fact that they work on personal account disclosures is laughable. The company Covid policy is laughable. We can all do our jobs from home. What a joke this place has be ome
