"no raise this year. Great performance review and plenty of long term incentives"

I think a lot of employers are playing the "no raise but you get RSU's" game.

HPE is a great company being driven into the ground by weak management and accountants. As they say don’t let the door hit you on ar-e on the way out.

I got a small raise and an OK bonus. Let them outsource me at this point. I'll take the package and run.

They want US workers to leave. The jobs are going to kids in Costa Rica and US sales jobs are going to the VARs. If you're in the US and received a good raise and/or bonus it's just to keep you until management can outsource your position to another low paying country. Si'

Same here - no raise this year. Great performance review and plenty of long term incentives, if I make it that long. Odd behavior with the labor market and inflation being what they are. I do know some who got raises, but couldn’t tell you the criteria.

I worked at HPE for 20yrs. Started with Compaq, then HP, then HPE. I always received good ratings, updated my skills with HPE hardware, software but no matter what I did, I didn't make a lot of money. I suffered through Carly, Hurd, and Meg; getting 1, 2, 3% raises, zero or very small bonuses. I was depressed, burned out, bitter, so when HPE offered the early out package in 2019-2020, I jumped at it. March 2020 was my last day at HPE. This was just as the Scamdemic was released upon us. I didn't care. I was still relived to be done with HPE. I found another company that offered me a 44% increase in base pay and with the quarterly bonuses, it's been a 64% increase from what I made at HPE. HPE is a cr---y company. Work on your resume and start looking. Now's a good time to get out.

Ouch! Well, not to brag, but at HPQ, we got 10%+ (I know someone who got 33%) bonuses, after getting an off cycle bonus last quarter. Plus our raise was pretty substancial. Feel free to join us in our quarantined wine and cubed cheese party. Who knows when campus will open 100% again.

I know A LOT of people, including myself that got let go by HPE or just simply, left the company during COVID to join our company. I can guarantee you that you'll be better off here. Enrique isn't the best CEO but he's doing a lot better than Antonio.

During inflation, if there is no raise, it's time to get out fast before you literally cost nothing for the company but 100 times the effort every year.

Our group was told HPE was happy with the attrition rate and it was industry average. The bright side is there are lots of companies hiring. Time to brush off the resume if you want more pay.

I thought that was established already.
Good news is, it's a good time to leave, if you choose to do so.
