I'm not quitting but I'm also not relocating to NJ. Now I'm waiting for my replacement to be hired so I can get my package. (After over 30 years, I'm not leaving that money on the table by just walking away.)
I enjoy my work and my small group of coworkers, so it is no hardship to ride this out.
So in effect, Fiserv is pushing me out. I'm not quitting.

I'm not thinking of quitting. I'm actually very happy at Fiserv. They have treated me great over the years.
If they give me choice to relocate; I will politely decline and take severance package if offered. So sad to see so many upset about Fiserv
It's only a job. If not happy here, move on like some have did. When you have an employer, you have to follow their rules. Start your own business if you don't want to follow someone's rules.

I graduated from a degree mill, but Fiserv pays me $100 million a year to serve as CEO. I can't quit since no one else would hire me.

@fzl+1ekIcWSB: Was this not your post?

I have a new job lined up for 2022. But in the mean time, I am going to continue hollowing Frank's wallet.

Some people who are about to retire are hoping for a severance.

I am not considering quitting, for the simple reason that I like minimizing Frank's wallet mass. I jack around all day and scroll through TikToks. #fisvembarrassed

I don't want to quit but they are forcing me to go into the office. I just won't go in and see how long that lasts

Sure there are many. Leadership roles deflect push down dirty work, others may not have a role where attrition impacts their job and some are just in denial. For cheer squad remember people willing to relocate to Jonestown.

Everybody I talk to is looking for something better, so it seems that Fiserv might be having a major employee (or lack of employees) problem soon.
