In Tech these days only jobtitles are posted. When you ask for a jobprofile it’s not there. That says it all I guess.
thats because the job titles are vague as f. every time i see the job board i struggle not to laugh. a lot of the people we hire lie on their resumes, well known fact that recruiting does zero due diligence, so if you make people on the panel like you, you got the job, doesn't matter what your qualifications are because chances are the hiring manager also lied on his or her resume
