I've heard people boast about the fact that we have fewer layoffs than other major banks and I can't help but laugh. Of course we have fever layoffs when our work environment is so cliquey and toxic that everybody runs away at the first opportunity they get. We don't need layoffs since this place is so good at driving people away without having to pay them to leave.

It’s true. Today I got another farewell email from a colleague at another office. Song with some more last month. They are pretty much don’t have enough people for them to lay off lol
I heard some bonuses are indicative of how often we came into the office….has anyone else been told that?
Imagine how many will leave after “bonus” time…
