Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Last days here

I would like to leave as soon as possible but the fact that I have to be here until Jan.1, 2022 in order to be eligible for AIP does not help. Everything should be much easier when I know that I will be in another company at the beginning of next year, however, it is not.

These last days here are harder than ever. That’s what happens when you don’t leave here on time and finally do so only after you reach your breaking point. The day drags on and on. Also I have more work to do than ever and I wonder if I should continue to work at the same pace as before or should I finally work the bare minimum and thus give myself a little relief?

You’re in the home stretch with only 8 more working days this year. Do your best, hold your head up high, and go out in class.

Stay until you get your severance and then go do something that wont crush your soul. You have many talents to give to this Earth.

Make a daily gratitude journal and list five things you are greatful for. I do this before work and it helps. Learned it from a WOW Activity
