Anyone still waiting on an update from HR or Sedgwick? I was first approved for my exemption, then it was retracted 2-3 weeks later and was told they would give me an update within 10 days. This timeframe passed. HR and my boss have no update. Debating calling a lawyer at this point. Anyone else in this situation?

If you have a legitimate exemption that is being denied, you should call a lawyer.
But if you have a legitimate exemption, it would have been approved. They're not that difficult to identify. Most people's requests for exemptions are bogus / not well grounded and are rightly denied.
Frank and Guy should both be sued into the ground for maliciously destroying the company, and profiting while doing it. Shame on them.
Firstdatafiserv is terrible at communicating pertinent information to it’s employees.
