Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

There's a good reason for current attrition

The attrition is worse than it has ever been for a very good reason. Enbridge has turned into a dysfunctional mess where the lazy get ahead and hard workers get the shaft. Anybody who can find a new job has already found it or is busy looking. I can't think of one reason to stay here and I can name ten right off the bat to leave.

You can spot the manager or HR personnel. Always trolling the negative comments. responding with “good luck” Comments such as this are common responses. Sh---y person attitude that lives a lonely life.

I can name at least 10 people who started at the bottom and are now Directors or VP’s. I wonder if they spend their time complaining on here.

Just raised the dividend?
Announced $1.1B in new capital projects no?

Something or some people must be doing something right.

If you don’t like your circumstances, you have free will, YOU control your own path.

Same old same old. Same tired cliches as every angry forum for every large company ever. Middle management is terrible. Nepotism is rampant. Front lines are the only people who know anything. Leadership is incompetent.

Meanwhile The company is completing multi billion dollar expansions, setting throughput records, and improving financially.

There's a disconnect. Got anything new?
