Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

15 years in the company and leaving

I have gone via few acquisitions in the company I am the old firstdata employee, but even before that my company was acquired by Firstdata. We all hoped for Fiserv take over that it will bring a breeze of normality and culture into this company, I was so happy that Frank is no longer a CEO and then the dream fell apart. It used to be such a fantastic company so many great people across the globe that I worked with, but I can't stand this toxicity, incompetent senior management, newcomers who don't have the spirits and doing good for the company just grab cash stab other employees and float on their corpses. It has been such a bad place for a long time and what you realize after a while is that you are disposable garbage. It does not matter how many overtime hours weekend you worked for the company once the company squeezed you completely they dump you and take a flesh blood. I am so happy that I resigned and hoping to be in a normal environment. Everyone who hears from me and my friends how this company operates they don't believe and this place is so dysfunctional at every level hr, management, delivery, obsolete technology, lack of vision, internal competition between teams departments countries, bullying, toxic environment. But I love you all guys we spent working together so many years and some of the people aspect i enjoyed the most in this company , but whoever i speak to across the globe feels exactly as I do.

That article is from a year ago. A lot has changed in a year. The real unreported story here is the large number of hidden costs of the lockdowns. The spike in mental illness (and subsequently suicides), the massive increase in substance abuse (mostly alcohol), the failed businesses, the delayed cancer screenings, etc. At this point, I'd be willing to wager that the costs of the lockdowns have exceeded the benefits by a wide margin.

Yeah, it's unwise to issue hot takes based on one or two data points. I don't think morality correlates much with political persuasion. Looks like he supported Trump, but also pays the obligatory lip service to the woke mob. Guess we're all a bunch of contradictions.

And to the person that called it the 'Trump COVID vaccine'. It's not the vaccine itself that MAGA nation has a problem with. It's the coercive mandates that emanate largely from the left side of the aisle.

Frank B is only good for sending out fake emails. Full of lies and control. Lies.....he appreciates our hard work. He appreciates our dedication. Fiserv is a great place to work. All lies. Control.....get jabbed because I say so or lose your job. Must be a Biden lover. Frank, you are a fraud and a horrible leader.

It’s sad that first data employees and the former Fiserv employees all hate Frank. If you are reading this Frank. U apparently suck as a CEO. And have ruined multiple companies. Please leave.
