Has anyone been successful in transitioning from the tech/project management side of Fiserv to a big tech company (i.e., Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.)?

I personally knew a senior windows that went to Redmond and a senior Linux engineer that went to salesforce. Many of our talented engineers head off to major tech firms.
I moved to a bigger (and more stable) Fintech if that counts
Yes, moved to a big tech company, and it was the best thing i've ever done.
I get periodic pings through LinkedIn that look fairly interesting.
Several Clover employees have recently left for big tech.
Do a Boolean search in LinkedIn using AND and OR operators, i.e. "Fiserv AND Google OR Twitter OR Microsoft OR Facebook". If it doesn't work, use only two keywords plus the AND operator. See if you can find anybody who made it in those companies, who knows, you might get a chance to connect and give you and hand up.
I'm a SWE and have gotten interviews and recruiters reach out to me. I need to work on my leetcode and more design. Depending on your role and how interview process is you should definitely read 'Designing Data Intensive Applications' if your interviews may ask "Design Twitter." If you'll have to know algorithms and data structures, read 'Cracking the Coding Interview' and practice leetcode.com questions. It's just been on me to study harder. Hope this helps
