That’s worked really well for the BMT wage folks /s
I think a better course of action would be to submit a shareholder resolution to end the relative ranking. If the major shareholders were informed of the attrition and workforce angst, I think you could garner enough support. They have a vested interest in a motivated workforce, and that is the polar opposite of what exists today.
@fiz+1eh0hIot this is a great video!!! Thanks!

Unions are ripe for toxic culture and shady corrupt dealings. Is that not what we have today? We live in a union pyramid scheme environment in EMIT. Unions don’t cultivate the culture that Exxonmobil is drastically missing. We need to get rid of all these managers. They need to go back to being IC or an SME. Having a manager for niche things feels like USSR titles that would be given to bureaucrats. Administer of the Energy Interior of the of the of the… you get the point.
@OP Judging by the thumbs up/down votes, you can clearly see through the reality of this world. It'll take no less than a revolution to right this world. Keep your faith and fight up! When the time comes, exercise no mercy!
To those "salaried" employees - how has the continuing 8-10% PIP been working out for you? LOL
The forces that have been dominating the (against) union narratives have been sowing the divide between "salaried" against "hourly". Due to this divide, the only beneficiary is the employers. Wake up! "hourly" and "salaried" - both of you are slaves and dispensable.
Unionize…sounds like a horrible idea.
Terrible idea…unions are bad for Togo’s workers and for the company. The only people that benefit and national union leaders and workers that perform the worst.
@OP Long overdue. Hardworking population has been losing for so long b/c systemic ki----g of unionization. How do you fight "interest groups" without your own group? Unite!!!
Are you suggesting an Engineering and IT union?
