Reasons to quit

  1. incompetent and arrogant management 2. lack of opportunity 3. depressive work atmosphere 4. inability to change or modernize any of the processes 5. company culture is all about competing and stabbing each other in the back, not cooperating 6. cr---y pay and benefits

I can't think of a single reason to stay.

8 antagonistic leadership 9 lack of leadership communication. Outline the transformation with a timetable. right now with nothing we assume its the same as First Data. Eliminate WFH, RIF by eliminating positions, shift work to off shore.
