Went from 104k at Fiserv to 165k at a big tech company with bonus. I can confirm, this company doesn't pay well.
Base: 110k
Cash Bonus: none so far
Stock bonus: none
Yah, Rupees maan!

Use Glassdoor for that. FYI, as a software engineer I make 105k a year. A friend of mine just got an offer for 135k, so yeah, Fiserv is lowballing.
Salaries have never ever been competitive. I was with a tech group and our manager tried to get us increased pay for our work and, of course, denied. Later, after I was gone, a headhunter asked me my salary and I told the truth. She was astonished and laughed, YOU'RE KIDDING, RIGHT? Nope. Don't consider Fiserv EVER a place of good pay. It WAS a good place to work until the Roman Army invaded 2 years ago.
