Did 8 years in a store last 2 in telesales basically was told every day I was going to get fire if I did not hit the impossible quota despite system issues and no inventory yea is sad 😞 but I’m glad I’m out supper happy no more bs lies and being told overtime is mandatory. O yea and being told we need to show our value as telesales rep during slow time since we over hire to many folks the writing is on the walls ppl.

Telesales is the best. Quota is high this month but the calls are constant. 🤑🤑
Telesales is good if you are handicapped. That’s about it.
Telelsales with the high quota a grinder for sure. Working M-F is nice. No OT, you make decent checks def better than team commissions.
Good luck man, I personally like telesales 10x better than working at a retail store. It has a set schedule and NO team comission the list goes on, and honestly it’s hard to fail in telesales as long as you do your job and follow up with customers, yea quota is high this time of the year however you still make money if you try.
Or maybe you just suck at sales and need someone to blame for it. Good amount of people are making good money in telesales.
