Frank and his crew really outdid themselves this year. I never thought it possible that morale would reach an even lower low compared to past years. FrankServ will be in the dumpster before 2023 hits.

You know, the same goes for me. I've disliked managers and left jobs because of them, but I've never once given two hoots about a CEO, until now. Frank is just that toxic.
It's not just the sh---y policies he's put in place at Fiserv, it's the fact he's such an unethical guy and has been for some time. And suffers no punishment for it, but an ever increasing pile of cash. Read the following for background. The guy listed in the first sentence of the article works at Fiserv now. One of Frank's 'pet' leaders.

People do not leave jobs, they leave managers. In my career, I have never before wanted to leave a job, not because of my direct management, but the CEO. Yes, that is how people feel about Frank and his leadership.
When are they going to announce what will happen to the associate holdouts who have not yet returned? Aksarben/Omaha is practically empty
It’s hard to care about your job when your management doesn’t care about you or the clients.
for anybody concerned about the desperate state of morale, you're right to be worried. if this were a game of Limbo, Fiserv definitely already won. keep your head up. help those around you do the same for as long as you elect to stick around.
