Brain Drain?

I've seen many highly competent folks leave in the past year in our business. Folks seeing this across the company? Is the company working to retain good people?

I think close to half of the people in my organization have left over the past year to year and a half. Several people (including myself) have recently handed in their resignations, as well. There is most certainly a brain drain in progress, and there are no signs of it slowing down.

Last I heard Frank has to personally approve any retention bonuses.

Yep. Already accepted an offer and I'll be leaving in early 2022. I feel like there are many many more people that are heading for the exits after the holiday.

They designated certain people SME to stay remote “indefinitely”. That’s the plan to keep the most important people. I asked 2 months ago what do we get to stay too? No response or course.
Anyone who thinks that makes them safe is mistaken. Just dangling the carrot trying to get Sme to stay so they can train and do everything when others leave. They will be out as soon as replacements are in.

Frank's ultimate goal is to move Fiserv in its entirety to the NY/NJ area. He doesn't care about anything or anyone else. He is a sociopathic madman and continues to bulldoze everything he deems a threat.

Nope, entire teams are being dismantled. Nobody wants to be the last man standing. There's no plan in place to hire and train our replacements or even a permanent building for them to work at when the are hired. Good luck having anyone left on the team to train them.
