Not real happy with Fiserv for awhile, so am testing the waters. Just had a first interview. Salary would jump 13%, from 66K to 75K (Benefits package about the same). If you are unhappy here, see what else is out there. Greener pastures.

I second that! Every job I’ve interviewed for is 15-20k more than my current salary, for the exact same role. Same or better benefits - def more PTO.
I am also out of here in Q1 2022. Since making that decision, stress is lighter, spirits brighter, and I'll never cheat the company. My work ethic game is too strong. But, I don't give one centimeter more than 8 hours. I used to be a 14-hour/day guy and weekends too. Yeah, that ship sailed once I made the chose ME.
I have a new job lined up for 2022. But in the mean time, I am going to continue hollowing Frank's wallet.
