I stayed too long at fiserv because I believed in our mission and I had a great team. Looking back, I bought into a big lie about teamwork and a common cause. The cause was really SVP’s and above making millions while we received trinkets for project success. When my position was eliminated, I threw all those trinkets in the trash, at fiserv. My advice, don’t overstay your welcome. Put you and your family first. Fiserv is just a job

Don't throw those trinkets away. Donate them to a thrift store.
It is always fun to go to a thrift store and be reminded how little our co workers think of the Fiserv. trinkets.
When I got “the call” on October 1, I also threw out all of the Fiserv branded items I had once been proud to wear and use. No pride left for a company that throws the lives of thousands out the door due to a tried and failed management style that does nothing but stifle employee morale. As people, we deserve better. I hope you find your better.
Your fault? No, it's Frank's fault. Frank as CEO is akin to having a kid at the controls. My advice: don't blame yourself for Frank's wrongdoings, it just isn't healthy.
