What is the salary range for grade 8-10 ?
Depends on the location. East and West coast the salary bands are higher. Security jobs have different salary bands also. As a former VP who could no longer withstand the toxicity of Fiserv, I was privy to all salary bands. I tried to forget my time there, but alas.... If you have a specific grade level, I can try and recall the ranges.
HR are far too cowardly to post the pay grades for general population to see. There are too many people getting cheated out of a fair salary; an uprising would almost certainly ensue.
People managers can see them in Workday. I don't know of any other way to find it. It isn't simple to find but you can see them with a little looking, start with a direct reports compensation page and click the ... next to their pay grade.
