Got mine and 100% covered by management on this one. Next time pick them up in a store.
Funny thing is there was just a training about accepting gifts from other companies. Also not for nothing but all these employees set up a Samsung Account with a Verizon corporate email. Now all the emails will be spammed with Samsung info. Another no no.
Management was wrong to alert employees about this promo and should have known better from the beginning. I even heard reports of employees going into the store on their day off to access corporate email to take advantage of the promo. There are not many bright people down here in Mississippi.

Leave it to this shithole company to implement disciplinary action towards its own employees for accepting a free gift from another company. This place is the definition of an abusive relationship.
To accept the buds via the promo code is against company policy per the OST. Verizon contacted Samsung and the majority of orders have been cancelled. Those that recieve them must return them or face disciplinary action. Think im joking look it up.
Our HR group said it was against Verizon’s gift policy and advised against getting them. Kind of d-mb…
If you didn’t pick them up the first day, then the order was cancelled
