I have an opportunity to move into a non supervisory non exempt network engineering role. I’ll still basically be a tech eligible for OT but making a minimum 10 percent more base and working from home twice a week. I’m having a hard time deciding whether to walk away from craft or not. Would love to hear honest feedback about pros /cons of this transition.
