Will working at Fiserv ever become less stressful? I feel like we're stuck in this perpetual anxiety/stress/worry mode of wondering if more layoffs/PIPs/something else they come up with to get rid of us is coming the next day or week. It's exhausting. I can't leave right now for family reasons, but I honestly don't know how much more of this I can take.

I was an SVP under Frank. Deep down he’s a bad person extremely flawed and he has contempt for those outside his echo chamber. My advice to anyone working for him that’s not from his Citi days is to get far away from him
Make sure you have six months of expenses in an emergency fund. That reduces the anxiety.
Also note that when you are let go, you will be paid more at the new company.
You could save time by moving to the new company now.
Frank and Guy are known to be abusive. I have adopted a new policy of "put in only slightly more effort than the rest of my team members" and it works pretty well and keeps stress at a minimum. The added bonus is that I am mugging Frank of valuable hours.
Try getting a new job and smiling all the way.
Try being out of a job for a few years and get back to us then.
