Fiserv is so deeply dysfunctional that it can't execute even some of the simplest of tasks these days. It might be profitable for now, but it's only a matter of time before that catches up with it. Unless some major changes are made there is a good chance that this house of cards will start to fall, and soon. Thinking that good results will last when nothing is currently functioning as it should is delusional.

When surveyed, the clients themselves said they were extremely happy with our WFH performance. But you already knew this and are desperately trying to defend every bad decision Frank makes.
The only thing delusional is equating your anger over a work from home policy that potentially impacts 500 people to the companies and our clients overall welfare where 52,500 resources are working for them everyday.
