They are already standby in all areas except a few, which is about to change shortly.
Great idea...now they can change the meters that we wont do, or so pathetically as we have done, and havnt wanted to do in decades. How about they take the stand by that everybody skirts and tries to get out of, all the holiday weekends, xmas etc!
