Follett's current business model and the way they operate their stores is simply not sustainable for much longer. The cracks are turning into canyons. Every year things get worse and worse, and the decline in even just the past year has been staggering. I strongly believe this company will not exist in 5 years. If anything with the Follett name continues to exist at all, it will be only a sliver of what it once was.
