There is too much work, almost no one is satisfied, people are frustrated and mostly underpaid, there are mostly wrong people in managerial positions, greed is the main driver of our leadership that has no vision for Allstate, the company is sinking ... I really don't know how it could get any worse here? What else can go wrong?

I’ve never seen it this bad here to be honest.
They change the rules on what they rate you on without any warning and you get surprised cuz you ain’t making the new way they are looking at your work! They suck wish we had a Union cuz they couldn’t change rating rules like that.
