it you don't have other options, take the offer and learn what you can and then move on with in 2 years.

I worked in Tech for 4 year - DON'T Join NIKE TECH. Toxic and hard to get out of the tech department if you want to grow.

Relax, learn from the few smart folks who remain if any. Not the UofO jogging brigade (is that still a thing?), have fun, don’t stress, ignore your coaching/performance review and then bail in a few years for better pay. Nike is a great resume pad, congrats on your first job!

You can gain a ton of experience, but keep in mind you'll most likely be underpaid and Nike has little or no promotion at all. It's " Nike's way of the Highway" type of mentality. There's too many Indians and Cheif's in IT, at my level when I get tickets there lower tiers whom muddy the waters and complicate things when they get to my que. Nike tends to hire green IT workers or inexperienced to backfill many roles or teams who could benefit from a few good IT workers versus the many.
